When I started my search for new office furniture for my company’s expansion, I spoke with, emailed, and visited with 4 different people before being referred to Salena at Better Office Furniture.
By then, I had a decent idea of what to expect from a price standpoint, but was frustrated with the follow-up time (and total cost) from the vendors I was considering.
I can’t say enough about my experience throughout the the whole process. From a price standpoint, she saved me almost 25% including install from the lowest competitor. From a service standpoint, she was proactive, honest, and super friendly.
And the end result? When I walk into my office and see the rows of cubes (that look brand new but aren’t), the new desks for my key staff members, and my gorgeous modern executive desk, I can’t help but smile.
Oh my God where do I start!
I contacted Salena with an unusual problem, I am a Police Officer who is also very large in stature. My office chair at my workspace was too small and would not allow me to sit comfortably. It was so bad at the end of the day I would be hurting so bad I would literally limp to my car!
Salena recommended and arranged shipment of the Global “Robust”, and when this thing arrived….IT WAS A BEAST!!! The most comfortable chair I have ever sat in!!
She worked with me on the price, because as listed, I would have NEVER been able to afford it.
