The X-FlexTop is warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, except for plastic parts, which instead are covered by a one-year warranty. This warranty does not apply to X-FlexTop products purchased from an unauthorized dealer or seller. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will provide replacement parts without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage brought about by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. X-Chair, LLC is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or condition such as scratches in a device surface. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. |
