Warranty

Friant seating and chairs are warrantied for proper usage of up to 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, by users weighing up to 300 lbs.

• Gas cylinders: 5-year warranty

• Casters and upholstery: 5-year warranty

• Chair frames, metal, wood, plastic parts, and control mechanisms: 10-year structural warranty against failure under normal use
